Peter has his own company called Converged Management Ltd which has three main strings to its bow:
1. The provision of the complete portfolio of corporate finance solutions which can cater for requirements from £15,000 to £15,000,000 and anywhere in between. This funding can tke the form of Debt/Asset funding, Grant funding for IPR maximisation or equity funding through Angels or Venture Capitalists. In all cases the emphasis focuses on risk mitigation for the entity requiring the funds, through asasociations with organisations such as the Business Advice Bureau Ltd and MSC Ltd. A particularly popular solution that is offered and that not a lot of businesses know about is the provision for companies to <b>totally unsecured funding</b> of up to £250,000 subject to eligibility as the guarantee is <b>underwritten by the DTI</b>.
Peter is happy to be used as a sound board for ideas without commitment and also has an Alliance Programme which pays up to £30,000 a year for successful Corporate Finance opportunities.
2. Providing Business Management Consultancy, getting businesses working for their owners rather than owners working for their businesses working as a member of the ICFBA.
3. UK distribution for Pari Profile Ltd - a portfolio of profiling, recuitment and staff development products that are specifically aimed at the SME market and is very powerful as it does not put people into pre set categories
Peter has the skills and experience from working many industries as well as company sizes from SME to large corporates. The core finance and strategic skills that he has can use utilised within almost all sectors and industries.

20 years experience in the technical and ever changing communications arena has given Peter a huge knowledge and experience of business, process and staff recruitment, development and management and restructuring. The ability to think holistically has meant that planned changes deliver the desired resulted when executed. His experience ranges from from working with small businesses to large Telco's providing a rounded picture of the challenges faced by all sizes of companies.
The requirement to fund projects within the communications sector along with a license to source a wide range of corporate funding allows Peter to advice and assist clients in ways of implementing projects in a way that demonstrates the risks and returns of different options.
