Work Summary

Martin has been involved in the training and development environment for over 17 years. During this time he has worked as a Trainer, Training Consultant, NVQ Assessor and Internal Verifier and Training Manager. His relaxed informal style of delivery makes for an enjoyable learning environment where course delegates find it easily to relax and take on more information and skills. In the past few years he has become more involved in coaching for both individuals and business and is also now a qualified NLP Master Practitioner. Martin trains a wide range of subjects ranging from management stress awareness, presentation skills, train the trainer and coaching skills amongst others. He is also approved to administer the DISC personal behaviour profiling tool which he uses for some of the course he delivers such as improving communication and also as an aid to his coaching work. Martin brings credibility, knowledge, humour and a wealth of experience to any programme he delivers
