As both a designer and presenter of training programmes I have a lot to offer any prospective client.
I have provided my services as an independent consultant trainer for over 15 years and prior to this was employed in a role which required me to identify training needs and provide regular training to to meet those needs to Government groups throughout the South West.
My training services form an essential part of my consultancy services and I help clients from training needs analysis, through designing training programmes and onto presentation and analysis of feedback.
Clients include: police constabularies, Government organisations (including the MOD), education establishments, companies of all sizes and industries, plus other consultancies.
Specialist areas: 360 degree training needs assessments, performance based training (e.g. SAT), training standards compliance, evaluation of training provision, intranet / online systems (IITT certified).
Specialist presentation subjects: Employee motivation, team building, HSE Stress Management Standards (including stress risk assessment / minimisation and focus group training), employee personal development / capability training.
