I have been training with Coppicewood College for the last 6 Years specifiaclly learning traditional methods using traditional hand tools of woodland management and craft. My Highlights
Designed, planted and now manage a 4 acre forest garden with over 60 specis of edible plants.
Helped to create a College to teach ancient woodland skills to help start a movement to bring back neglected woodlands back into production in an eco freindly manner.
Stopped using motor mowers and took up the scythe to clear paths and cut lawns and so gained technical and practical expertise.
Developed hedgerows to provide a regular supply timber for firewood.and food.
